Texas True Threads tees are made to order! Upon the receipt of a tee request, garments are ordered from our supplier, we receive them and print them at your request. They are handmade products. Not every tee will be the same due to the nature of this handmade product.
If you do find defects in ink or garments, you may request a return or a refund through your rep (log in to find your rep's name on the top right corner of the website). Otherwise, returns of full orders are not accepted without special circumstances. Customers satisfaction is our ultimate priority!
