Pricing

Customers are required to use keystone pricing. This requirement states that you must charge your retail customers double the wholesale cost when selling Texas True Threads clothing. You will be contacted by a TTT representative if your prices are advertised for less than keystone. Items may be marked down to sale pricing at your discretion after 60 days of original purchase. This does not apply to seasonal items with shorter timeframes.

Each piece of Texas True Trends Jewerly possesses a separate MRP (minimum retail price), which is stated in each piece's online description.

Purchase Requirements

Texas True Threads requires a 6 piece minimum order quantity per tee design. You can restock a tee within 30 days of your original order with a 4 minimum. The smaller quantity restock will be an email or direct contact with your rep. Please NOTE: Designs are occasionally discontinued and will not be available.

Texas True Trends jewelry will require a minimum purchase of 3 pieces per style.

Intellectual Property

We often find our designs copied or recreated by other graphic tee manufacturers, including those that sell imitation tee transfers. Our customers will agree to only buy and sell authentic Texas True Threads tees and will not sell imitation designs.

Returns

Your orders are produced as you order, for you only. We generally do not keep stock—designs are made as you order. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns. However, when an error is made on our part, we want our customers 100 percent satisfied. Customers are required to contact your rep with any issues regarding an order within 15 days of your order being shipped. We will not accept any returns unless they are processed through the returns portal. We will not be responsible for any issues after this time. We encourage you to check your orders upon receipt!

Amazon & Ebay Policy

Selling Texas True Threads on platforms such as Amazon and Ebay is strictly prohibited. Doing so infringes on zip code protection policies.

Inventory Destash, Exchange & Buy-In Groups

Please utilize the Texas True Threads Inventory Exchange Facebook Group for destashing excess inventory. Buy-in groups and exchange pages outside of Texas True Threads are strictly prohibited.

Shipping

Order processing typically takes 10-12 business days once payment is received. That can fluctuate due to the seasonal demand, current volume and extenuating circumstances. To track your order after it's shipped, simply log in to your account and locate the order. If you need more information about when your order will ship, please contact your rep.

Pricing

All retailers must use keystone pricing, that means pricing must be a minimum of double wholesale cost.

Geographic Limitations

Retailers must sell only in the zip code requested (except online). If you open another store or move, the new zip code must be approved. We approve zip codes by the area the clothing is sold in, not where it is shipped to.

Intellectual Property

We often find our designs being carried by other wholesalers and then purchased by our retailers. Our retailers are not allowed to carry imitation Texas True Thread products.

Returns

While we generally do not accept returns, except when an error is made on our part — we want all of our retailers to be 100 percent satisfied. If you feel like you want to return a product, please reach out to us.

Amazon & Ebay Policy

Selling Texas True Threads on platforms such as Amazon & Ebay is strictly prohibited. Doing so infringes on zip code protection policies. To assist customers moving overstock merchandise, we have created the Texas True Threads Exchange page on Facebook for approved Texas True Threads buyers.
