Refund policy
Texas True Threads tees are made to order! Upon the receipt of a tee request, garments are ordered from our supplier, we receive them and print them at your request. They are handmade products. Not every tee will be the same due to the nature of this handmade product.
If you do find defects in ink or garments, you may request a return through your rep. Login to your account to find your rep's name on the top right corner of the website.  Otherwise, returns of full orders are not accepted without special circumstances. Customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority!Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact your rep. If your return reason is accepted, they will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds / Credits will be issued after your return items are received.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds & Store CreditÂ
We do not offer refunds for purchases but can offer store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited in the form of a gift card emailed to the email on your account. Please save the email as it is your record of your store credit.
